Can I cancel my order?

To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

If there is an error with your order, please email info@skyemcalpine.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

 

What methods of payments do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay

 

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?

All delivery information should be available through your carrier. In the first instance, please contact the carrier directly as that will be the most direct way to get an update and resolve any issues.

If you still cannot locate your package or if there are any further complications  please email info@skyemcalpine.com and we will do our very best to assist you.

 

Will my parcel be charged international taxes and duties? 

We are pleased to sell and ship worldwide. Please note any duties and customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  

 What do I do if something is out of stock?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted and therefore are made in very limited numbers each season. If we have sold out of the item you are looking for, please drop us a note at info@skyemcalpine.com and we will be delighted to add you to our waitlist.

Can you send Christmas Crackers overseas?

Unfortunately our Christmas crackers can only be sent to the UK/EU.
