Shipping & Returns
Due to COVID orders may take slightly longer than usual - Thank you so much for your patience. We aim to have your order packed as quickly as possible and you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Shipping costs for larger/bulky orders may need to to be quoted individually - you will be emailed with a cost after placing your order.

United Kingdom - 3-5 days
Europe - 5-7 days
Rest of World - 10-15 days
Kindly note that our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges. The customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur for items travelling outside of the UK.
We hope that you love your Tavola items as much as we do, however if something isn't quite right or you would like to return your purchase we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. We have a 14-day return policy. Kindly note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back safely in our care - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
