***Due to the current uncertainty in US shipping, we are very sorry if you experience any delays or issues with your order. Please be assured that we are working closely with our couriers to get your deliveries to you as smoothly and quickly as possible.
For all US orders, we are now offering Delivery Duty Paid. This means duties will be charged at checkout to ensure that your parcel does not get held up in customs.

Kindly note that shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your order and carrier costs. These rates cover postage only and do not include local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
For deliveries outside of the UK, such charges are the responsibility of the customer, and parcels may not be released until all duties are paid. If you are unsure about the taxes and duties, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

RETURNS
We hope that you love your Tavola items as much as we do, however if something isn't quite right or you would like to return your purchase we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. We have a 14 day returns policy. Kindly note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back safely in our care - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@skyemcalpine.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
